According to the geohazards map provided by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, San Isidro, Talisay City is NOT susceptible to landslides and has LOW to MODERATE flooding susceptibility.
Actual on-site observations show that the area is NOT prone to flooding. Also, units are constructed 0.8 meter above natural ground level.
